From the areas of people management, risk management & administration and business development, the role includes the following agendas:– Resource planning and budget responsibility in the area of responsibility– Disciplinary and administrative management tasks, including employee appraisals and promoting employee development– Active coaching and support of (Assistant) Relationship Managers in achieving targets– Authorising account openings and recruiting new market employees– Monitoring operational risks in the front office and ensuring risk awareness among front office staff– Compliance with regulatory, legal and LGT-internal framework conditions– Ensuring compliance with the LGT advisory process and carrying out necessary training and certifications– Ensuring target group-orientated offerings and promoting business initiatives in line with the bank’s strategy– Supporting client advisors in the acquisition and support of top clients and prospects– Identifying new prospects for the bankRequirementsYour profile– Matura or other commercial education.
