We’re a team of c.300 colleagues, with responsibilities including financial reporting and control, people and culture initiatives and strategy implementation.Job DescriptionJOB TITLE: Head of Transactions, GCT and InvestmentsSALARY: £111,469 to £144,254LOCATION: EdinburghHOURS: Full TimeWORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Edinburgh hub.About this opportunityThis exciting role offers the opportunity to lead, build and motivate a team of c.30 finance professionals, in the Transaction, Group Corporate Treasury (GCT) & Investments Team, partnering with LBG Investments and GCT to deliver a robust control environment which gives confidence in reporting to your customers. In addition, you’ll have a key role to play in the delivery of reporting around complex transactions, providing valuable insights and support to stakeholders to drive LBG’s strategic agenda. You’ll also have responsibility for oversight of the Group’s legal entity financial control framework.You’ll join us in Group Finance Support (GFS), a key function within the Finance community of LBG. We’re a team of c.300 colleagues, with responsibilities including financial reporting and control, people and culture initiatives and strategy implementation.The team are at the start of a significant Transformation journey, and you’ll be part of influencing, designing and implementing Finance Transformation over the next 5 years, both within Group Finance Support and beyond!Key Accountabilities
