The company is known for its high standards and dedication to quality across all facets of its operations.Your RoleAs the Head of Supply Chain, you will lead and integrate all supply chain functions including procurement, logistics, inventory, and contract management. Your mission will be to ensure timely, cost-effective operations that align with regulatory standards and support the company’s strategic goals.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain and contract strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, and contract administration functions.
• Build and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and proactively manage supply chain risks.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team across purchasing, logistics, and contracts.
• Optimize inventory levels and logistics to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure contract compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in supply chain and contract management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep expertise in procurement, logistics, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain tools.
• Fluency in English.
