As the Head of Strategic HR, you will lead a high performing team of 6 HR seniors placed in Denmark and Poland. You and the team are responsible for our organisational development (OD) priorities globally covering talent management and development, change management, culture and engagement, reward and HR data management. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President for People & Organisation (EVP P&O), you will be an essential member of the global People & Organisation leadership team and you will be based at our Head Office in Hørsholm, Denmark.Your responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy – You will define and own the OD strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader organisational goals. This includes establishing derived programs and processes that resonate with our company values and mission. By collaborating closely with various business areas, you will analyse organisational needs and translate them into actionable priorities.
  • Project Management and Execution – You will have ownership of key projects and processes, ranging from leadership development and talent management to succession planning and cultural transformation, covering the project lifecycle from analysis to design and execution. Your business-driven approach will strengthen the ownership and execution of global HR processes, ensuring that our initiatives deliver measurable value to the organisation.
  • Team Leadership – You will as a playing coach set the direction and lead, inspire, and mentor your team of HR specialists. You will create an environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and high performance, giving your team the space to excel while also contributing your insights on strategically important initiatives.
  • Advisory – You will serve as a sparring partner for the EVP P&O actively contributing to the improvement of our HR plan and processes. Your insights and expertise will help shape the strategic direction of HR initiatives. You will enable our leaders and PO Business Partners to effectively deploy HR concepts, programs, and processes. This includes providing training, resources, and ongoing support to ensure successful implementation.
  • External Collaboration – You will manage relationships with external suppliers collaborating with external experts to enhance our capabilities and introduce innovative solutions.

Who We Are Looking For
To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A relevant master’s degree or business diploma in HR, Psychology, Business, Economics, or similar.
  • At least 8-10 years of relevant HR experience within larger international companies. Experience from senior HR roles is valued, particularly where OD has played a substantial role.
  • Solid experience in implementing business driven organisational development programs. You should have a record of successfully bringing concepts to life through collaboration with PO Business Partners and organisational leaders and you possess an understanding of business operations and a keen sense of how OD efforts contribute to increased business value.
  • A track record of effective people leadership, showcasing your ability to cultivate talent and bring out the best in your team.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly in interactions with C-level executives.
  • Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing and are an excellent communicator, able to simplify messages and create direction and followership through concise and emphatic communication.
