We are an AWS Premier Partner, and primarily work on AWS services, Big Data, AI/ML and web development.Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Sales to drive revenue growth and lead our sales strategies in Pakistan. This is a leadership role offering a lucrative commission structure and the opportunity to shape the future of our sales operations.Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across regions.
  • Identify and establish relationships with new clients, while nurturing existing accounts.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and service gaps.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the IT services market, focusing on software development solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15+ years of sales experience in IT services, preferably within software development services companies.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Must be based in Pakistan, with a preference for hybrid working flexibility.
