The CRO function is a global and independent control function and we are present in all countries where SEB operates. Our overall purpose is to understand the risk profile of SEB and to prevent SEB from taking excessive risk. In SEB these risks are primarily credit-, market-, liquidity and non-financial risks.We are looking for an experienced candidate to head the Risk Oversight team in Denmark, consisting of three employees. In the role you will report functionally to the Head of Risk Oversight International and locally directly to the Country Manager of SEB Denmark.As Head of Risk Oversight in Denmark your responsibilities include the monitoring, analysis, and communication of all the relevant risks relating to SEB AB Copenhagen to the branch management. We expect that you will uphold good relations with all business areas, mainly Corporate & Investment Banking and support functions, using excellent interpersonal skills combined with a good understanding of the various business activities. Within Risk Oversight we work closely across geographies and the different Risk functions in CRO to ensure alignment to all Group frameworks.The position will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
