You will be reporting to the CCO.Key responsibilities

• Be accountable for the overall revenue operations functions, ensuring alignment among Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with the business strategy.
• Build, lead and inspire a team of 2-5 professionals in addition to strategic collaborations with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to maximize efficiency and alignment.
• Develop and implement metrics/KPIs for the GTM/Revenue operation to drive efficiency, productivity, and transparency, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the GTM organization by providing insights and analytics.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and lead forecasting activities, overseeing and managing the revenue processes and tech stack that support all teams and business goals.
• Support territory and capacity planning, budgeting, and related strategic tasks.

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on leadership experience with revenue operations processes and technology, preferably from an entrepreneurial culture where a hands-on approach has been conducted.
• A curious and data-driven individual with a knack for understanding and analyzing business operations.
• Appetite for learning and understanding the business at a granular level, including curiosity about specific transactions and trends.
• A collaborative and approachable team player with the ability to work closely with other teams in Commercial.
• A person with authority and courage to address challenges and provide constructive feedback.
• A trustworthy enabler who focuses on solutions that benefit the entire organization.

Knowledge & skills

• Min. 5 years experience within B2B SaaS, Fintech, PSPs or other financial service companies.
• Proven track record from small to medium size companies with demonstrated growth and transformation.
• Experience setting up or significantly contributing to the development of a RevOps team.
• Ability to hit the ground running with confidence and expertise.
• Active working knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Contagious energy and enthusiasm for RevOps, serving as an evangelist for its benefits.
• Ability to balance sales needs with data integrity and operational requirements.

Success metricsIn the First 6-12 months, success in this role will look like:

• Core KPIs: Pipeline health, data usage/adoption, data quality (CRM), and forecast accuracy.
• Additional KPIs: Sales velocity, new revenue target attainment, quota attainment, GRR/NRR.
• Establishing and delivering key RevOps KPIs that guide the business from day one.
• Creating a well-functioning, transformative RevOps team that supports the commercial department effectively.
• Actively supporting colleagues in understanding and leveraging data.
• Optimizing CRM workflows and taking full ownership of dashboards.

Location & work setup

• The role is based in the Copenhagen office.
• Working hours are flexible but the Head of RevOps is expected to be in the office on a daily basis.
• Occasional travel, including trips to London.
