Working across the country, we exist to support and empower people through tailored hearing health solutions.Your opportunityAs Head of Revenue Growth Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of our organisation by optimising pricing, sales strategies, and commercial investments. This is an exciting leadership role with high visibility and direct influence on business strategy..Your impact:· Develop & Execute Revenue Growth Strategies – Identify opportunities to enhance profitability across multiple revenue channels.· Optimise Product, Pricing & Promotion Strategies – Collaborate with product, pricing and promotion teams to align our portfolio with market needs and develop strategies that balance revenue growth and market competitiveness.· Influence Sales & Acquisition initiatives – Work with sales teams to enhance customer acquisition and sales performance.· Reinforce Property Strategy & Expansion – Ensure our locations align with market demand and growth opportunities. Provide strategic insights to inform mergers, acquisitions, and expansion decisions.· Build Organisational Capability – Elevate revenue growth expertise across the business.· Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to align growth strategies with business objectives.What we’re looking for· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)· 7+ years of experience in strategic sales, revenue management, pricing strategy, or commercial finance· Experience in the hearing industry or healthcare sector is a strong advantage· Familiarity with regulatory and reimbursement environments in hearing healthcare is desirable· Experience with data analytics tools and business intelligence platformsWhy Hearing Australia?There’s so much to love about a role with us.
