Job description: About Our ClientOur client is a property developer listed in the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, with a focus on developing self-sustainable townships, prioritising community-based facilities & public amenities that meets the needs of most Malaysian home buyers under the B40 and M40 groups.Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated, high-density township property development strategies,

guidelines, plans and operations * Manage overall development planning, coordination and control of projects from initiation,planning, execution, control and monitor and completion * Main liaison with regulatory authorities to ensure all contractual and regulatoryrequirements are complied with * Manage overall launches planning to ensure timely deliverables at the intended andapproved value * Lead internal team of professionals including external project consultants in matters relatedto project planning, design & management, including TIA, RSA, SIA, etc. * Plan and manage the timelines, efficiency and other requirements to ensure the companysstrategic objectives are achieved.Job Requirements

• Degree in Housing, Building & Planning / Town Planning / Architecture or related discipline
• Certified by relevant professional body is an added advantage
• At least15 years of experience of which minimum 8 years in leading development planning department (township).
• Required knowledge and experience in development approval process fromKM layout to CCCencompassingmanagement of consultants, liaison with relevant authorities, project feasibility, timeline and costs.Knowledge of planning requirements, guidelines and land matters of each state in Malaysia is preferred.
• Well-versed in government regulations and laws related to the property development requirements in Malaysia
• Strong people management experience with good leadership
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Bahasa and other local languages

Remuneration

• Up to MYR 25,000 (Based on experience)
