  • You will develop integration strategies for tailored NOVOMATIC acquisitions and design or adapt standard integration processes, tools and documentation
  • You will manage PMI project execution in central tooling, improving effectiveness and use; and identify, evaluate and document potential synergies / benefits on behalf of the acquisition stakeholders
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of all systems, processes, and technologies as well as immediate compliance with Group Policies
  • You will participate in due diligence processes when necessary and define implications for PMI implementation, ensure engagement between local integration teams and all relevant stakeholders throughout the integration process and drive recurring performance analysis post closing

You will be responsible for an increasing number of projects and managing a small team of PMI specialistsYOUR PROFILE

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field and/or several years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven “hand’s on” experience as a post-merger integration manager, with a track record of successfully executing mid-sized integrations and familiarity with M&A processes and best practices
  • People management experience and strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • English proficiency is a must, German proficiency is very recommended, any other language is an asset
