You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a change management strategy, and present and action aligned implementation. You’ll develop tools and methods to enhance streamlined visibility of the change impact, enabling a cohesive strategy for delivery, training, implementation and adoption. Critical to the role will be ability to design and implement front line staff operating model changes and workflow process and tools to transform the change delivery and adoption experience for Business Banking.Working in close alignment with Personal Banking Change teams and advocating for Business Banking across all areas of ASB, your ability to influence and be agile is key to engaging with a wide range of stakeholders. There is opportunity to develop change management tools and processes in this role, an awareness of available technologies will serve you well.Taking an active role in guiding others, role modelling a growth mindset, and challenging the status quo is essential in this team. Coupled with the ability to adapt and manage workflow you will provide insight, articulate vision and strategy, and ensure tangible, measurable results to enhance the experience of ASB customers and employees.This is a permanent position based at North Wharf in Auckland.Ō pūkenga | About you:

• Strong expertise in programme management, change management
• Outcome focused with a demonstrated history of delivering results
• A passion for process improvement and proven successes embedding improvements long term
• Positive people leadership experience of a large team
• An understanding of business operational systems and banking procedures
• Dedication to advancing social, environmental and financial progress
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills at a senior level
• Ideally you will have substantial experience in financial services and a sound understanding of the Risk environment
