• create supply visualization to ensure transparency of global material flows
• eliminate double handling of material to optimize service costs
• identify and activate DFS opportunities in collaboration with business lines
• implement menu pricing systems for supply optimization (full container loads, direct from supplier, intelligent inventory distribution)
• set key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and performance
• collaborate with teams to optimize Total Acquisition Cost and understand customer demands

Your profile as Head of Network Management:

• experience with project and program management
• 5+ years working experience in cost and performance analytics
• leadership experience
• transformation experience and organizational development skills
• coaching and mentoring skills
• business and finance management expertise
• result oriented approach
• warehousing experience
