This role will be responsible for establishing a robust data governance framework and driving consistent, high-quality data standards in collaboration with data producers and consumers. The position will also support the rollout of MDM initiatives across additional domains in future phases. Strong technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and communication capabilities are critical to success in this role.The opportunity #yourroleBy joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

• Define and implement an enterprise-wide MDM strategy that aligns with the organisation’s strategic goals.
• Serve as the delivery lead for MDM initiatives, ensuring project outcomes meet business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the data architecture team to design and deploy solutions that meet functional and technical requirements.
• Engage with data owners and consumers, participating in cross-functional forums to resolve MDM-related challenges.
• Act as the primary liaison with external vendors for functional delivery and cost negotiations relating to MDM platforms and services.
• Promote and drive adoption of MDM practices across the organisation, highlighting value and facilitating knowledge sharing.
• Establish and oversee appropriate data governance, quality assurance processes, and monitoring frameworks within MDM operations.
• Coordinate MDM-related activities across departments, ensuring timely issue resolution and appropriate escalation when needed.
• Uphold organisational values and standards of professional conduct.
• Ensure psychosocial and physical health and safety risks related to data management activities are proactively identified and controlled.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in defining and executing enterprise-level MDM strategies, with a track record of hands-on implementation in complex environments.
• In-depth knowledge of MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, Talend), data integration, and associated toolsets.
• Strong expertise in data architecture, governance, and quality management, with proven delivery experience.
• Strategic mindset and strong problem-solving skills, especially in resolving cross-domain data challenges.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organisation.
• Experience in vendor management, including service delivery oversight and financial negotiation.
• Awareness of workplace health and safety responsibilities, with a commitment to relevant training and safe work practices.
