Job description: DESCRIPTIONWould you like to help EMEA businesses accelerate and maximize their success using the cloud? Amazon Web Services (AWS) is on a hunt for a Head of Marketing Programs to lead the EMEA marketing programs team and help shape the future of how AWS delivers omni-channel marketing programs in EMEA.In this role, as the single-threaded marketing leader for the marketing programs team, you will lead a team that builds integrated marketing campaigns to drive the full marketing funnel for EMEA customers. You will drive lead acquisition and maturation strategy, messaging and positioning, campaigns, and cross-organizational alignment. You will achieve this through close collaboration with executive leadership across marketing, sales, partner, and finance organizations.The ideal candidate will have deep experience in b2b digital marketing, proven expertise in developing and executing business growth strategies, and a history of success aligning with sales organizations to drive results. You should have experience with developing marketing programs / campaigns that drive efficient lead acquisition and maturation for sales follow-up, all falling within a sustainable ROI. Excellent communication skills are a requirement, as well as the ability to analyze results, adapt quickly based on performance, and clearly articulate results to senior leadership. – Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
– Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience working with time-tracking/resource management tools
