Job description: 职位概述Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Legal Officer of our foreign fund management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic legal advice to support the company’s growth and operations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies to align with the company’s business objectives.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including fund management and investment laws.Manage and mitigate legal risks associated with fund operations, investments, and business transactions.Provide legal counsel on complex issues such as fund structuring, regulatory compliance, and risk management.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.Represent the company in legal disputes and litigation, coordinating with external counsel as needed.Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, risk management, and investment, to ensure legal considerations are integrated into decision-making processes.Stay abreast of legal developments and regulatory changes that may impact the fund management industry.Qualifications:Law degree from an accredited institution.A minimum of 8 years of experience, FMC exposure is a must for both law firm and in house legal candidates.Strong understanding of fund management laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Excellent negotiation, contract drafting, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English and Mandarin, with strong written skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.We Offer:Competitive compensation and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development within a leading fund management company.The chance to contribute to shaping the legal landscape of the fund management industry.A collaborative and supportive work culture. …
