This role is central to developing and embedding the systems, frameworks, and tools that build leadership depth and workforce capability across the Ministry.Tēnei tūranga – About the Role:As Head of Leadership, Talent and Growth, you’ll be responsible for setting direction and leading a team of professionals to deliver practical, high-impact solutions across:

• Leadership and performance development
• Succession planning and talent pipeline management
• Enterprise learning solutions and capability uplift
• Workforce mobility and career pathways
• Strategic workforce capability planning aligned with MBIE’s future needs
