We are looking for a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as Head of Leadership & Executive Development.The RoleThe Head of Leadership & Executive Development will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a comprehensive leadership and executive development program for KPMG professionals. This role will be a key driver in shaping the future of our leadership pipeline and ensuring we have the talent to meet the evolving needs of our business.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic vision for leadership and executive development, aligned with KPMG’s overall business strategy and talent priorities.Program Design & Development: Design, develop, and implement innovative and engaging leadership and executive development programs across all levels of the organization. This includes:Identifying and addressing leadership development needs through needs assessments and gap analysis.Developing and delivering a range of programs, including leadership workshops, coaching, mentoring, and action learning initiatives.Utilizing a variety of learning methodologies, including blended learning, virtual learning, and experiential learning.Program Delivery & Management: Manage the delivery of leadership and executive development programs, ensuring high quality and impact. This includes:Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to identify and secure appropriate resources.Managing program budgets and timelines.Evaluating program effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, Talent Management, and program participants. Effectively communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.Talent Management: Partner with Talent Management and HR to ensure leadership and executive development programs are integrated with overall talent management strategies.Innovation & Best Practices: Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in leadership and executive development. Continuously explore and implement innovative approaches to enhance program effectiveness.Measurement & Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of leadership and executive development programs. Regularly report on program outcomes and ROI to senior leadership.Team Leadership: Leadership and management of the Leadership & Executive development team, ensuring they clarity on the vision and strategy and are enabled and supported to deliver on the plan.Preferred Experience:Proven track record of designing, developing, and delivering successful leadership and executive development programs.Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Passion for developing leaders and fostering a culture of excellence.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a world-class team of learning professionals.Chance to make a significant impact on the future of KPMG.Exposure to our senior leaders.Continuous learning and development opportunities.
