This is a strategic leadership role where you’ll be responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling enterprise-wide talent development initiatives. You will shape the organisation’s leadership pipeline, drive succession planning, and build a high-performance culture aligned with business goals.Through facilitation, coaching and strong working relationships, you’ll support the Chief Executives, Chief People Office (CPO), General Managers and senior leaders to enable a strong pipeline of talented Fletcher Building business leaders, managing talent that reflects the diversity of our customer base, increases capability and, in turn, business results.About youYou’ll be a seasoned OD professional with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, specialising in leadership and talent management. You’ll have a proven track record of partnering with executive-level stakeholders and delivering impactful projects within complex, decentralised environments.Your strong interpersonal and strategic influencing skills, combined with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, will enable you to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation. You’ll bring your deep understanding of adult learning principles, competency-based training design, and facilitation and coaching. Project management proficiency and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders are essential. An executive presence and the ability to influence without authority will set you apart in this role.Experience in HR business partnering with senior operational leaders, presenting to Boards, and holding relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded, as are accreditations in tools such as 360 Feedback, LSI, HBDI, DISC, or Lominger is a plus.If this sounds like you, we welcome your application.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, we strive to create an inclusive environment for all our employees.
