Job description: Mark Williams is working with a prestigious Semi government entity in Dubai, and they are looking for an IT Solutions Manager to manage and implement business process automation and enterprise data integration solutionsRole:– Lead and implement advanced business process automation and data integration initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and system interoperability
– Drive technology standardization, maximizing the reuse of technology assets and leveraging emerging technologies for innovative solutions
– Oversee and manage program delivery using project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2) to ensure timely and effective outcomes
– Develop and monitor departmental strategies and project portfolios, aligning them with business objectives and the technology roadmap
– Manage vendor selection, procurement processes, and supplier performance to maintain alignment with organizational goals
– Conduct risk assessments, implement risk management frameworks, and ensure compliance with governance standards
– Foster a collaborative environment, encourage innovation, and support the professional growth of team members through mentoringRequirements:– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
– 10 years of experience in IT strategy, business process automation, and data integration
– Proven experience in project, portfolio, and program management with a strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 methodologies
– Expertise in technology governance, risk management, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ITIL)
– Strong leadership and analytical skills, with a track record of driving innovation and operational excellence
