This is a unique opportunity to shape the backbone of a growing digital financial services company in Oman.Key Responsibilities include:
– Leading IT strategy, systems, and service delivery
– Ensuring cybersecurity, high performance, and data protection
– Managing vendors, compliance, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure
– Supporting digital transformation and innovationWhat We’re Looking For:
– 8-10+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years in leadership
– Fintech, banking, or regulated tech background
– Strong knowledge in infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
