Job description: Responsibilities:

• Acts as an individual contributor and reports directly to Group CFO
• Investor Communication: Act as the primary contact for shareholders and investors, ensuring clear and consistent communication about company performance and strategies.
• Event Coordination: Organize and manage interim and annual results announcements, investor roadshows, earnings calls, and other IR events to foster strong investor relationships.
• Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses to benchmark the company’s performance and provide insights to inform investor discussions.
• Report Preparation: Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality annual and interim reports, meeting both regulatory standards and investor expectations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with key departments, including Finance, Marketing, ESG, and Communications, to ensure aligned messaging and strategic support.
• Strategic Input: Provide analytical support to senior leadership for strategic decision-making and to address investor concerns effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• CPA or CFA is a must
• Equity research or M&A experience would be highly advantageous
• Over 10 years of related IR experience is preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and proactive personality
