Job description: Head of Internal Audit The Head of Internal Audit is accountable for leading the Internal Audit function and provides independent assurance to the Board, Audit Committee, and Executive Committee on the overall effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes across the company. Non-Negotiables: CPA and CIA certifications Background in Life Insurance Work Setup: Hybrid Experience Requirements: Recognized bachelor’s degree, with professional qualifications such as Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Approximately 12 years of experience in internal and external audit, including leadership roles Strong background in the life insurance industry Solid expertise in internal audit, risk management, controls, and governance Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders and foster excellent working relationships Experience coaching, mentoring, developing, and motivating team members Skilled in managing audits within complex operational and regulatory environments Experience in project management, implementation, and cross-functional team coordination Show more Show less
