By joining us, you’ll play a part in creating the next generation of digital payments in an innovative, supportive, and international environment.As the Head of Integrated Payment Software Proposition, you’ll lead the Group SME Marketing team in Merchant Services – a small but very dedicated and committed team based throughout Europe, as well as you´ll indirectly manage delivery through local commercial teams and program managers.This role can be based at any of our locations in Europe and requires substantial travel.About Your Future Role
Your key responsibilities in this role will be to:

• Define and develop the strategic Integrated payment software value Proposition, the value proposition strategy, and prioritization across direct and partner channels
• Define and oversee analyses on customer needs & market evolution to deliver meaningful business insight to inform and develop proposition strategy for both Partner and Direct merchants
• Monitor and analysis of competitor activity
• Lead and support strategic product and initiative launches and Go-To Market with responsibility for setting goals and executing against key objectives, including bundling & packages
• Cross-functional collaboration, including coordination with Ecom, MS Product &E teams, and country teams
• Ensure effective Go To Market execution, including strategic commercial structure transformation across markets, including providing resources and best practices
• Support sales in markets to develop expertise, marketing materials, and visibility initiatives
• Contribute to driving customer satisfaction excellence

• Industry-leading knowledge of payments or a related industry, including insight, key trends, merchant and customer behaviours

• Proven ability to develop, evolve, and optimise effective propositions to address and anticipate evolving and unmet needs

• Understanding of the POS and ISV landscape and customer segments

• Significant track record of successful leadership in a complex, multi-national matrix environment, including direct senior people management

• Fluent English essential, fluency in another European language advantage

• Able to thrive in a complex environment and resilient to change, positive can-do attitudexcellent communication & people skills
