Job description: Roles and ResponsbilitiesDrive Stage-Gate Process : In charge of EFE Stage-Gate process from Conceptualization, Feasibility, Development, Commercialization and Post Launch.Project Management: Provides overall Master Project Schedule based on agreed lead-time and communicates status of key projects in S&OP Meetings.Product Roadmap Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to define and execute product roadmaps.NPD KPIs: Track and analyse the performance of products in the portfolio, including revenue, profitability & on-time launch.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for product optimization, portfolio expansion, or rationalization based on performance metrics.Team Development & Engagement: Upskill RNPD team to act as a business partner with in-depth know how of portfolio & sourcing matrix. Supports team engagement initiatives within EFE.Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working on product innovation from ideation to launch
• Strong analytical skills
• Know how on project management
• Advance communication skills and able to work with different nationalities (11 markets in EFE & PH)
• Good understanding of the product development & manufacturing process
• Can handle complexity and managing multiple stakeholders (Management Team, Marketing , Finance, Supply Chain, Factory NPDs, Regional, Process & Technology )
