As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.Your Key Responsibilities:Div E-MOB Innovation China is contributing to the business growth in China by Innovation to business, Customer- and supplier-intimacy and technology risk mitigation. The team must pioneer in providing new technologies and market response as well as gaining efficiency to achieve shorter time to market by process improvement and the implementation of new technologies like digitalization/virtualization. Focus technology areas are E-MOB technologies like energy transformation up to axle drives, energy distribution, thermal management and EE-Architecture as well as Software Defined Vehicle for new software and virtual development processes in China.

• Leading the Innovation teams in China with the aim to develop new prototype solutions to cope with customer paint points in next generation products. The solutions must contribute to cost competitiveness for future E-MOB products in China.
• Driving technology decisions for new E-MOB portfolio based on criterions technical performance, manufacturability and business potential.
• Key contribute in renewing the technology and product roadmap focusing on innovation to business for technology, markets and business innovation.
• Contributing to build Chinese customer and key supplier relations by technical intimacy with focus on new business. Be responsible to transfer China market technology trend into product definition in China autonomously.
• Drive transformation of working models and technologies inside and above boundaries of innovation to adjust time to market to customer needs.
• Connecting to the global E-MOB INO team and global R&D organization.
• Coordinates communication activities and customer relations with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support effective problem solving for project’s in development and mass production by expert team – or own know how.

Your Qualification:

• Master or Doctor degree in Electrical/Power electronics or mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in R&D for advanced or serial applications on OEM or automotive suppliers.
• Good background of new energy vehicle technologies like power electronics, powertrain components and EE architecture.
• Profound knowledge about Chinese automotive market their product, supplier chain and future evolution.
• Leadership and transformational experience
• Communication skills from technology up to top management
• Intercultural experience and sensitivity
