Job description:

• Bachelor’s degree in any business discipline
• 15+ years of experience as human resources generalist with good exposure to business partnering and talent management, ideally from the retail industry and a matrix organisation
• Well versed with compliance (e.g. Fair Work) and human resources practices in Australia/Oceania (required)
• Strong stakeholder engagement with ability to work in a matrix and diverse environment
• Resilient and a true team player
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, people management, good communications, organized and a self-starter, good with numbers
• Moderate business travelling required within Oceania, travel within APAC region may be required
