Job description: Responsibilities:

• Oversee the continuous development of the HR team to align with strategic business goals.
• Manage comprehensive HR services to meet evolving organisational needs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labour laws for both local and foreign labour management.
• Lead initiatives in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), focusing on proactive injury case management, to handle disputes and ensure adherence to legal standards.

Achievements:

• Developed annual manpower budgets to strategically address future manpower needs, optimising staffing levels.
• Established a robust performance appraisal system with KPIs, enhancing the performance evaluation process.
• Administered complex immigration processes for foreign labour, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.
• Enhanced injury case management within the OSH framework, reducing workplace incidents and improving response strategies, thereby fostering a safer work environment.
• Successfully managed tribunal cases, effectively resolving disputes

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience of which minimum 5 years’ experience at supervisory level
• Hands on experience in supervising a human resources & administration team
• Familiar with HK labour ordinance and sound knowledge of PRC labour law
• Self motivated and able to perform multi-task to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with staff at all levels
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS word, Excel, Power point and Chinese word processing
