Job description: For one of our prestigious clients, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Financial planning manager ready to enhance decision-making capabilities across the CEE Region Join their dynamic team and lead an international group, providing strategic insights and detailed financial analysis to support their growth and operational objectives.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor the Financial Planning and Reporting team, ensuring performance goals are met.
• Oversee the entire financial planning process for all cycles in the CEE region, aligning with corporate strategies and compliance.
• Lead month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting on financial Actuals, Budgets, and Latest Estimates, adhering to the Group finance manual.
• Explain key differences and business factors to senior management and stakeholders.
• Look for ways to improve processes and systems, making financial procedures more unified and efficient.
• Manage non-financial reporting, ensuring processes are defined and reports are submitted on time and meet standards.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis within a multinational corporation.
• Knowledge of SAP proficient in MS Excel.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing successful teams.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
