To learn more about the company’s experience and comprehensive suite of capabilities and solutions, visit .The Role:We are seeking a strategic and analytical Director of FP&A to lead our financial planning and analysis efforts globally. This role will be pivotal in shaping our financial strategy, providing insights that drive business decisions, and ensuring robust financial management across the organization.This is a global role and reports to the CFO.Responsibilities:· Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the preparation and management of the annual budget and monthly forecasts, ensuring alignment withcorporate strategies.· Financial Reporting and Analysis: Develop and deliver insightful financial reports and analysis to executive leadership, focusing on trends,variances, and key performance metrics.· Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with various functional leaders (Commercial, Operations, IT) in pursuit of preparing the financialanalysis, providing financial insights and support strategic decision-making.· Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the global FP&A team, promoting a culture of analytical rigor and professional growth.· Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in financial planning and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.· Strategic Initiatives: Support M&A activities, capital investment analyses, and other strategic projects as needed.· Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies, implementing the best practices in financial management.· System Improvement: Evaluate and enhance financial systems and tools to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.Skills and Experience:· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.· 15+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.· Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex financial data.· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.· Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques.· Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, Oracle etc.).
