That means transformation across every layer of the business — including finance.This is where you come in.Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is a critical business partner to the CEO, COO, and Executive team. You’ll lead Chorus’ long-range planning and budgeting processes, aligning financial strategy with investment priorities and capital frameworks. You’ll provide forward-looking analysis, surface risks and opportunities, and deliver the insights that help shape decisions at the highest levels.You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Commercial, and Operations teams to deliver meaningful financial narratives — connecting strategy to performance and enabling smart trade-offs. This includes outcome-focused reporting, robust KPI frameworks, and post-implementation reviews that track benefit delivery and ensure accountability.As a commercial thought partner, you’ll assess business cases, pricing models, incentive structures, and customer profitability to support sustainable growth. You’ll also lead the development of a high-performing team with capability in data storytelling, strategic modelling, and business challenge — all supported by tools like Power BI, Tableau, and BPC.This is a role for someone who can turn complex data into clarity, and insight into action.What we’re looking forWe’re after a strategic and commercially sharp finance leader who thrives in complexity and delivers with precision.You’ll bring:

• Substantial experience leading operational finance at scale
• Advanced capability in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and ideally BPC
• A strong track record of strategic planning, forecasting, and business performance
• Credibility at executive and board levels, with the ability to influence decisions and challenge thinking
