Job description: As the Head of FP&A, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the company’s financial planning and analysis function. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Providing commercial insights and performance analysis to senior leadership and executive teams.
- Driving financial planning initiatives, including scenario analysis, investment appraisal, and business case development.
- Partnering with key stakeholders across finance, strategy, and operations to optimise business performance.
- Leading and mentoring a team, fostering a high-performance finance culture.
Central LocationHigh growth industry SectorWe are looking for a commercially astute finance professional with a strong background in investment banking, corporate finance (Big 4 or Mid-tier), or transactional services at a Senior Manager or Director leve.The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive financial modelling and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a leadership role within FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar strategic finance function.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
