We are looking for a Head of Financial Performance to lead our team of Commercial Business Partners, delivering insights and strategies that enhance financial sustainability and operational success.As the Head of Financial Performance, you will:

  • Drive and deliver financial analytics and commercial insights, ensuring data integrity, and provide critical insights to support decision-making and improve margins.
  • Provide strategic financial modelling and analysis to support short and long-term financial strategies and sustainability.
  • Drive and lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Drive commercial insights, including pricing and costings, to support decision-making, performance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Drive financial governance, ensuring full compliance with financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to stakeholders, enhancing the organisation’s ability to meet its short and long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with senior leaders to implement financial strategies, monitor KPIs, and provide insightful commercial and financial analysis.
  • Financial Sustainability: Lead the budgeting process, manage short and long term financial forecasts and modelling conduct financial risk assessments, and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights. Deliver the performance reporting for the organisation.
  • Customer Connection: Foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring financial strategies align with customer and business needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Financial Performance team, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Safety Leadership: Promote a culture of safety across the organisation, ensuring adherence to Workplace Health and Safety protocols.

What You Bring:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; CA or CPA certification required.
  • Experience: Significant experience in finance leadership, including expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering actionable financial insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing, customer-focused finance teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial management systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power BI).
