Key Responsibilities:1) Financial Management:● Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company’s property development projects.● Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for projects.● Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.● Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.2) Sales Administration:● Supervise the sales administration team, ensuring efficient operations and excellent customer service.● Oversee the documentation and paperwork related to property sales transactions.● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and pricing models.● Maintain accurate sales records and reports.3) Financial Reporting:● Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.● Provide financial analysis to support decision-making on property development projects.● Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources.4) Risk Management:● Identify financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.● Ensure proper insurance coverage for property development projects.● Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.5) Team Leadership:● Recruit, train, and mentor finance and sales administration staff.● Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.● Set clear goals and KPIs for the department and monitor progress.6) Compliance and Regulation:● Stay updated on industry regulations, tax laws, and financial best practices.● Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations.Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Must be a certified Chartered Accountant (CA) or hold other relevant professional certifications such as MIA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or CPA.
• Proven experience as a senior financial management role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and reporting standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
