The successful candidate will lead the transformation of Family Help Services, ensuring that children and families receive support at the earliest possible opportunity to achieve the best outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Key Requirements:To succeed in this critical role, you will need to have proven experience in delivering transformational change within a similar services. You will have a strong track record of leading service delivery in complex, public-sector environments, with the ability to drive performance, manage change, and deliver improved outcomes for children and families.As a leader, you will possess the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage large teams, driving continuous improvement and fostering high performance across all service areas. You will be a forward-thinking, innovative leader, able to take a proactive role in transforming services and pushing forward an ambitious vision for Nottingham’s children and young people.You will have demonstrated experience of working collaboratively across a broad range of partners, with a clear focus on ensuring that the voices of children and young people influence every part of service design and delivery. Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across sectors will be key to your success.You should also have experience of managing large budgets and staff teams, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet the needs of the service and the residents we serve. A strong ability to manage financial sustainability while delivering services within challenging budgets is essential.Your background should also include a proven track record of successfully leading and managing change in a complex and evolving environment, especially within children’s services. You will have the skills to lead using effective quality assurance methods, driving continuous improvement in practice.Experience in commissioning services will be highly beneficial, along with a strong understanding of how to work collaboratively to deliver high-quality services through strategic partnerships.You will be a strong leader, ready to work collaboratively across a variety of stakeholders to ensure we deliver against our vision of improving outcomes for children and young people in Nottingham.
