Direct Reports: 1 Manager, 1 Assistant ManagerPosition SummaryThe Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) will oversee the Group’s Enterprise Risk Management, covering Risk Advisory (business, project, product, and strategic investment). This leader will ensure a comprehensive approach to identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks at both corporate and operational levels. The role focuses on protecting the company’s financial stability, enhancing profitability, and increasing operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities * Strategic Planning & Leadership

• Develop and implement the company’s Enterprise Risk Management programs aligned with both short- and long-term goals.
• Set the strategic direction for ERM, ensuring it supports the company’s objectives.
• Coordinate risk management efforts across the organization, including ERM, Transaction Risk Management, and Technology Risk Management.

Risk Assessment & Mitigation

• Oversee risk identification, analysis, and assessment processes, developing robust risk registers and business process improvements.
• Recommend corrective and preventive measures to minimize business risk exposures.

Advisory & Reporting

• Provide independent assessments and recommendations on investment and operational risk events.
• Advise the Group on strategic risk matters, including reporting to the Management Risk Committee and Board of Directors.

Compliance & Framework

• Ensure compliance with the established Enterprise Risk Management Framework and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk controls and compliance across business functions.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Regularly report progress and updates to the Chief Risk Officer on ERM initiatives and key risk metrics.
• Support the Chief Risk Officer on KPI/target reviews and implement new initiatives as required.

Education & Certifications

• Degree Level: Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Management, Engineering, Accounting & Auditing, Information Technology, or Law and Regulatory.
• Professional Certifications (preferred): Certification from PARIMA, RIMS in Risk Management, Financial Risk Management, or Risk Modeling.

Experience Requirements

• Experience: 5-15 years of relevant experience in risk management or strategic planning.
• Domain Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management frameworks and standards.
• Experience in risk analysis, risk control, and prevention.
• Background in telecommunications and familiarity with sustainability/ESG topics is a plus.

Skills & Personal Attributes

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across functions to meet business goals.
• Telecommunications Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecom business operations and business finance.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex risks and provide strategic recommendations.
• Communication: Clear and effective communicator, with experience in preparing reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

This role is essential for shaping the Group’s risk culture and ensuring a proactive, well-integrated approach to risk management that aligns with the organization’s overall mission and objectives.
