We collaborate with Finance teams, Procurement, Support functions, and Business Units to identify opportunities for cost savings and to implement best practices in cost management. Our primary focus is supporting the executive leadership team by providing insights and recommendations to optimise cost structures and enhance profitability.As the Head of Enterprise Cost Steering, you will have the unique opportunity to set your own team of skilled cost analysts and financial strategists. Together, you will deliver comprehensive cost analysis and steering. Our projects involve developing cost optimisation strategies and implementing cost management frameworks throughout the organisation. Your team’s efforts will be crucial in improving cost efficiency and supporting the Group’s strategic financial goals.The RoleAs the Head of Enterprise Cost Steering, you will have the exciting opportunity to establish and lead a new cost steering function. You will be responsible for overseeing cost analysis and management at the Group level. By forming and guiding a team of motivated professionals, you will offer strategic recommendations to senior management regarding cost optimisation and resource allocation. The main priority will be to ensure high-quality analysis and reporting, driving improvements in cost management processes. Additionally, you will contribute to Group Financial Steering within the CFO Area, reporting directly to the Head of Group Financial Steering.

• Lead the Enterprise cost steering function at the Group level.
