As the Head of Contracts, you will be leading the contract and commercial function for multiple building projects. You will be responsible for the end-to-end contract management process, including tendering, contract administration, cost control, claims, and procurement strategies.key responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage contract administration across projects
– Lead a team of contract & QS personnel
– Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders on contract matters
– Mitigate risks and manage claims and variationsabout the manager/team
You will be reporting directly to the CEO and work closely with the senior leadership team.skills & experience required

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent
• At least 12 years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to building construction projects
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with contract forms.
