Working with the most senior audience at our clients, the core purpose of consulting is to instigate and deliver outstanding results and outcomes for our clients, while introducing the opportunity for AND Clubs to build new and improve existing products. The Consulting purpose therefore is to create a sustainable and lasting relationship with AND clients, while building longevity for Club work.About YouAs a Head of Client Services you will hold a strategic and pivotal role; accountable for building relationships between our Consulting BU and its clients in London. The role is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (reporting to the Consulting Exec) and is the owner of the client account plan and responsible for growth in the business unit. As a result you will need to be able to:

  • Create, manage and own the client account plan, actively progressing actions and activities to achieve planned growth
  • Develop and grow a healthy portfolio of consulting and advisory clients
  • Manage and proactively review account revenue forecasts and expectations
  • Work with other Clubs in London to spot and shape consulting opportunities
  • Shaping & progressing opportunities
  • Develop and nurture relationships in the account to understand and identify opportunities where we can help
  • Bring in relevant ANDi experts to the account to develop, shape and progress conversations on opportunities
  • Proactively work through blockers to progress opportunities, including developing the right key relationships in the accounts e.g. procurement people to make this happen
  • Support ANDis in the Franklin business unit to develop commercial confidence and equip them to spot, shape and win new opportunities
  • Work closely with our Client Partnerships team to support new business activity and ensure that consulting opportunities are recognised and shaped
  • Closing opportunities & value delivery
  • Construct the right commercial deal reflecting the nature of the opportunity (size, scale, importance, etc)
  • Creation and sign off of statements of work and contracts
  • Work closely with the BU Exec to drive overall commercial success of the BU
  • Lead on scheduling, and ensure prompt invoicing and collections
  • Develop a long term strategic vision for your clients and use your creativity to push/trial innovative ideas

To do that, it’s essential you bring the following:

  • Experience of growing, developing and running large scale accounts
  • Practical knowledge of how a digital consulting and advisory business operates
  • Proven experience in identifying, shaping and closing deals in of up to £2m for professional services working with client stakeholders up to board level
  • Strong experience working in a digital and tech environment ideally within a consulting business but also web/app development house, marketing agency, etc.
  • Strong business awareness and high commercial acumen and motivation
  • A track record of building outstanding relationships with clients at senior (key buyer) level including C-suite
  • A demonstrable background in professional services, in a similar role
