Job description: Posting Description:Head of Claims and Client Services Advocacy, EMEAWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Reinsurance EMEA Claims and Client Services Advocacy function.   • Lead Client Services and claims advocacy efforts across the Aon Reinsurance EMEA region, acting as a key liaison between clients, brokers, reinsurers, and internal client services teams.
  • Drive consistency, efficiency, and best practices in claims and client services handling across the EMEA region.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and proactive claims resolution.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure regional strategies are aligned with global operations and objectives.
  • Mentor and develop the regional claims and client service advocacy teams to build technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Extensive experience in Client Service and/or claims management, preferably within a global or regional leadership role.
  • Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills on claims.
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to navigate complex regional and global structures to align strategies and initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the EMEA region or a comparable multi-country market.
  • Familiarity with global claims and client service operations.
