If you’re passionate about agile practices and thrive on adapting quickly to change, let’s shape the future together!What Will You DoLead the Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute a company-wide Agile transformation strategy, delivering key milestones and aligning initiatives with business goals.Functional Leadership: Guide and mentor Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, OKR Master and Project Manager, promoting alignment and continuous development.Embed Agile Practices: Advocate and foster an agile mindset, making it part of our everyday work and culture of continuous improvement.Balance Agile and Traditional Methods: Combine both agile and traditional project management techniques as needed to meet the objectives of the transformation.Drive Goal-Setting Processes and Change management: Lead company-wide goal-setting process with measurable outcomes.
