You need to understand the market and initiate new product development, product improvements and product phase out. You are responsible for the up-to-date condition of product-relevant data required for promoting the product. You need to follow PPM process.You’ll make an impact by

• Ensures implementation of Controlling policies, guidelines and standards, and adapts related procedures and processes.
• Coordinates budget planning processes, prepares and consolidates budget planning and derives respective forecasts.
• Ensures preparation and consolidation of financial statements and financial performance reporting for business accountable management.
• Ensures analysis, preparation and reviews of critical investments and expenditures, closings, and provides reporting for all stakeholders.
• Analyzes regularly relevant Key Performance indicators, and provides reports, comments and recommendations.
• Identifies process improvement potentials in controlling processes and proposes remedial measures or projects.
• Develop and implement feasibility plans for digital projects across various functions within Finance management departments.
• Lead BU controlling team, establish performance evaluation standards and drive team capability enhancement.
• Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor’s Degree or above, majoring in Finance or Accounting related is preferred.

with 3 years proven team leadership experience. * bodies, knowledge in International Financial Accounting Standards, China GAAP, and tax

• regulations.
• Professional and hands-on experience in terms of Business planning, Management Reports.
• Strong technology skills in Excel, SAP and Business intelligence tools: Qlik, Power BI., etc.
• Good business communication skills and experience of interacting with various business functions.
• Risk Management.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
