Job description: Job Description:Branchless Banking Network Planning:

• Detail RTM assessment, review and action planning for OTC Business
• Develop, refine and implement coverage plan, distribution plan to achieve optimal ANM/Agent network reach
• Lead and execute distribution enhancement projects

Channel Enablement:

• Own and redefine Agent and Distributor/Franchisee/ANM onboarding process with increased efficiency and simplicity to accelerate increase in network coverage
• Monitor competitor of Branchless Banking, in terms of schedules, product, fleet mix etc.
• Develop Distributor/Franchisee/ANM profitability matrix to enhance distribution footprint and coverage and increased investment and channel’s interest in Konnect OTC business for Channel.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Assess and analyze coverage plans, resource efficiency, distribution footprint, ROIs and channel performance
• Manage ad hoc project work and presentations, providing relevant analysis and expertise as required

Qualifications:Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors/preferably Masters

Minimum experience:

• 6-10 years of experience ideally in sales/product
