Job description: A fast growing FMCG company from the Dairy domain manufacturing value added milk products with good presence in southern states requires – Head – Costing, Budgeting & FPNA.- ICWA graduates with 18+ years relavent experience in FMCG domain. The position is based out of Erode and reports to the CFO + Top management.
Supervising MIS, Costing function to ensure delivery efficiency in terms of quality & timelines
Inventory valuation as per the standards
Handling cost audit and related reports
Gathering budget proposals from departments and compilation of Master Budget
Implementation of ERP: Enhance and improve usage of ERP, decrease manual intervention
Forecasting and tracking of Business Performance periodically
Implementing, monitoring and maintaining Product costing and Standard Costing Systems
Product wise profitability
Working capital management
Define and monitor KPI; creating dashboards for the management
Maintain a strong and relevant Management Reporting Framework through MIS and Analytics
Analyse and track operational performance and pursue Operational Excellence initiatives to improve Business Performance
Ideal Candidate
ICWA graduates with minimum 18 years’ experience in Manufacturing domain – FMCG Food Domain
Should have good experience in Costing, Budgeting, Financial Planning & Analytics.
Should have experience in consolidating master budgets for organization – turnover – 800 Crores
Should have good experience in Budgetary Control and Variance analysis
Should have hands on experience in Product, Process costing
Should have hands on experience in Productivity analysis – benchmarking productivity issues etc.
Should have experience in MIS reporting to Top Management
Should have experience in Operational Excellence matters.
Experienced in implementation of ERP, process documentation
Good hands on experience in Financial Planning and Working Capital management.
