Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you’ll doAs the Growth Global Prospecting Senior Manager – GTM Capabilities and Tools you are a strategic individual contributor responsible for optimizing tools and data to support the Global Sales Development organization’s GTM strategy and execution, specifically focusing on the Growth Global Prospecting team. You will be responsible for enhancing the Sales Development organization’s ability to generate high-velocity, quality pipeline through more effective customer engagement by leveraging data and technology. This involves interfacing with IT to represent the Global Sales Development organization’s needs and driving innovation in tools and processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the Sales Development productivity is maximized to deliver high-velocity pipeline at scale.You will be a key contributor to ensuring maximum Sales Development productivity to deliver high-velocity pipeline at scale.In this role, you will be a key partner to the Sr. Growth Global Prospecting Director and other leaders, driving operational efficiency, and tool innovation.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Director, Growth Global Prospecting and Inbound Sales.Responsibility

  • Collaborate with Sales Development leadership to align on GTM strategy and tool requirements
  • Develop and execute plans to optimize Sales Development tools and systems to maximize pipeline generation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales Development organization with IT, translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Drive the evolution of the Sales Development tech stack, evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies in partnership with IT
  • Develop and improve operational processes, including automation, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales Development team
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Analytics, to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
  • Assess the performance of various tools and data sources, and recommend optimizations
  • Implement feedback loops to continuously improve tools and processes
  • Monitor and report on key metrics related to tool adoption, data quality, and pipeline generation
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing Strategy and Operations to define and communicate business requirements to IT
  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams to enhance prospecting capabilities and efficiency

Job DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required.   • BA or BS degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Development, Sales Operations, or GTM Technology roles
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Experience working with B2B sales teams
  • Experience with CRM and Sales Engagement Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach)
  • Experience driving process improvement and tool optimization

Preferred

  • Advanced degree
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Experience with conversational intelligence platforms (e.g., Gong, Chorus)
  • Understanding of generative AI applications in sales and marketing
  • Superb communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:Washington: $116,500.00 – $168,200.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:

  • Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
  • Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
