This team is responsible for optimising the customer sing-up journey, driving growth through marketing solutions, and handling technology partnerships.What you’ll doLead a cross-functional engineering team executing strategic initiatives and operational improvementsOversee technical delivery of high-impact projects (3+ months) while maintaining operational excellenceBalance team capacity between strategic projects and essential maintenance workPartner with Marketing and Partnership teams to identify opportunities and deliver technical solutionsBuild and maintain scalable systems for marketing automation and partner integrationsFoster a culture of technical excellence through mentorship and coachingEstablish and maintain engineering best practices aligned with industry standardsFacilitate architectural decisions that enhance our marketing and partnership capabilitiesKnowledge, skills and experienceProven track record of software engineering and engineering management experience at scaleStrong technical background in building scalable marketing and partnership technology solutionsProven ability to prioritize effectively between tactical changes, long-term strategic investment and paying down technical debtTrack record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementExperience with capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple work streamsDeep understanding of modern cloud technologies and distributed systemsPrevious experience in fintech or financial services is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experienceWhat is important to point out is that you can do most or all of the above mentioned and can point to your real experience doing it.
