Job description: Our client is a rapidly growing global business recruit an experienced tax professional to join the finance team.
A key member of the Finance team helping shape tax strategy, managing risk, and supporting commercial initiatives with expert tax advice. Responsibilities will include advising the global business on a range of tax work, including UK & global tax compliance and reporting, tax planning projects e.g., transfer pricing; R&D and patent box as well as delivering tax support and due diligence on the group’s M&A transactions.
