Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the RoleAs the Group Manager for Performance, Monitoring and Reporting, you will lead a team of analysts and advisors to develop best practice performance, monitoring and reporting standards/frameworks and systems to monitor and report on performance of the Hauora Māori Service and Hauora Māori Appropriation. The role requires expertise and experience in the machinery of government, including familiarity with drafting and reporting against accountability documents, preparing responses for select committees, and engaging with Ministers’ offices.The role also requires attention to detail in actively monitoring progress and performance in all areas of the Directorate, including supporting regional teams to monitor and report on outcomes/impact of delivery.About the Team/Service/ LocationAs the Hauora Māori Service of Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora (Health NZ) our core role is to ensure New Zealanders have better and more timely access to health care.
