– Strategic Financial Leadership: Partner with the Group CEO and Board to define long-term strategic direction and drive shareholder value.
– Capital Allocation: Optimize capital structures across the portfolio, evaluate investment opportunities, M&A, divestitures, and fundraising activities.
– Performance Management: Oversee financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and forecasting across multiple business verticals.
– Risk & Governance: Ensure rigorous internal controls, risk management frameworks, and compliance with global standards.
– Investor Relations: Represent the Group to investors, financial institutions, and external stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
– Digital Transformation: Champion automation, finance digitization, and systems integration across entities.
– Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, agility, and excellence.Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
– Education: MBA/CPA/CA from a top-tier global business school or university. CFA preferred.
– Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in diversified holding groups, private equity firms, or investment conglomerates.
– Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to scale financial operations, lead restructuring efforts, and drive capital optimization.
– Global Outlook: Experience working across geographies and managing cross-border transactions.
– Communication: Excellent executive presence with the ability to engage at Board-level and lead investor conversations.Benefits
