WHAT YOUR JOB WILL BE ABOUT
The Graduate programme lasts 24 months and will challenge you both professionally and personally. You will gain valuable insights into the Flow of Goods process within a global retail business, focusing on key areas such as:

  • Demand planning
  • Supply planning
  • Outbound planning

Through these rotations, you will develop both detailed expertise in planning processes and a broader understanding of how JYSK ensures efficient product flow across markets.You can read more about our department .WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, analytical, and proactive. You should enjoy working with data and problem-solving while being comfortable collaborating with different stakeholders.We are looking for a new colleague who:

  • Has a Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Is ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to take on responsibility.
  • Has 1-2 years of relevant experience from a full-time or student job.
  • Is a fast learner who can quickly understand new business areas, which enables you to participate in discussions with fact-based arguments.
  • Is comfortable collaborating and establishing good relations with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation and across cultures.
  • Has a structured and analytical approach to tasks.
  • Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
  • Has strong Excel skills.
  • Ideally, has a commercial mindset with an understanding of how retail businesses operate and generate profit.
