Job description: The roleThe primary purpose of the post of the Patient Safety Incident Management, Quality Improvement and Data Manager will be to:· Work as an effective member of the DSE Regional QPS Team contributing to the strategic and operational priorities for Quality and Patient Safety across the region.· Work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team, Heads of Services, GMs and CEOs and Clinical Teams to enable continuous improvement in the governance of patient safety incident management across the Region.· Lead and support data driven quality and patient safety improvement priorities for the Region.· Contribute and support the collation and development of data for the Regions Networks of Care: Quality and Patient Safety Assurance Metrics Programme.The person1.
